who am I?

Hi! My name is Morgan Segrest, and I’m a first-year Marine Biology major currently enrolled at the University of New England. I’m extremely interested in conservation and marine environment sustanibily. I hope to eventually get involved in the salmon business after I graduate. 

some lil’ fun facts!

I was born in Montgomery, Alabama, but have spent most of my life in Auburn, Alabama. I absolutely LOVE sports. Hockey, baseball, and basketball run my schedual half the time. I am SCUBA certified, but I’ve only had about two offical ocean dives. I am the proud mama to five cats (Two of which are named after someone in the British Monarchy!). I can tear apart the music coposition of any Star Wars movie. My favorite books are Pride & Prejudice and 1984. The best memory I have happened the beginning of the 2019 summer break when I finally was able to go to Germany and tour the ruins and palaces there along the Rhine River.
